Staff Descriptions

C/O: This cadet is in charge of this unit and withholds the responsibilities of such.  They are expected to lead and set an example for other cadets. (Is highest standard)

  • Is accountable for conduct

  • Ensures cadets receive leadership opportunities 

  • Carries out NSI/SNSI orders

​

X/O: This cadet is second in command to the Commanding Officer, taking charge when the C/O is absent.  Is in charge of all staff and is thus expected to lead staff meetings, assess progress of unit goals, and keep in contact with SNSI and staff

  • Supervises staff, carries out all tasks from C/O

​

Command Master Chief: Is the highest ranked Master Chief.  Assists CO/XO when needed, supervises events, is prepared to form company for drill/inspection 

Admin Officer: This cadet is in charge of administration and requests. 

  • Must organize all cadet reports, track awards, and keep everything up to date​

Supply Officer: This cadet is in charge of supply (uniform). 

  • Must keep storeroom clean and organized

  • Manages all unit supplies and equipments

  • Accounts for all uniform items

Operations Officer: This cadet is in charge of events within the unit and aids in planning/ preparing unit projects.

  • Creates POW and sends to SNSI and PCs 

  • Relays information to everyone 

​

Community Service Officer: This cadet is in charge of organizing community service events and duties.

  • Verifies all community service events/ organizes signups 

​

Training Officer: This cadet works to oversee training and plans of advancements, competitions, etc. 

  • Compiles advancement tests, conducts training for cadets in need of training

​

Public Affairs Officer: This cadet is in charge of media and the website to ensure that others are updated on events.

​

Platoon Commanders: Accountable for conduct of platoon cadets

  • Responsible for providing leadership opportunities to cadets

  • Carries out orders from C/O or X/O
